Death of a Retired Member 

I am sad to report that Joel Williams, retired member and former President of Local #47, passed away recently after a lengthy illness. 

Brother Joel served as President of IBEW #47 from 1981 to 1990 and served on several committees while employed at Southern California Edison.

Our thoughts and prayers and deepest condolences are with the Williams family and their friends.
